The Rand Group’s Computerised Embroidery Industry Entrepreneurship Development Education business is the backbone of its international trading and garment and textile manufacturing businesses. Supported by its principals and partners, Rand Academy was established in 1997 as the education arm to provide Entrepreneurship Development Based Education, Training and Consultancy to prospective entrepreneurs whom aspire to own a Computerized Embroidery business. Throughout the years, Rand Academy has also been providing continuous training and support to existing business owners whom aspire to uplift their Computerized Embroidery business.

Since its inception, Rand Academy has been working closely with the Government of Malaysia to help improving the social and economic development of Malaysia by producing more Entrepreneurs among the Bumiputras, Medium 40 (M40) and Bottom 40 (B40) groups.
